Our approach centered on technical precision. The installation utilized a 60mil TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) system, mechanically attached with tapered insulation to ensure maximum wind uplift resistance and optimal drainage—a critical factor for the Southwest Florida climate. This meticulously engineered system covered 26,530 square feet.
Every detail, from the perimeter metal flashing to the equipment curb transitions, was executed to exceed industry standards, reinforcing the structural integrity of this flagship dealership location.
