Our approach emphasized precision and durability. The installation featured a 60mil TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) system, fully adhered to maximize wind uplift resistance and long-term performance. A custom insulation system was integrated to ensure optimal thermal efficiency and positive drainage across the 16,700 square foot expanse.
Every detail—from perimeter flashing to equipment transitions—was executed to exceed industry standards, reinforcing the structural integrity of this high-visibility automotive facility.
