The Sutton Walk multifamily condominiums project demanded a roofing solution that combined long-term durability, weather resistance, and aesthetic cohesion for a large-scale residential community. Buckner Roofing was commissioned to execute an installation-only concrete tile roofing system across the expansive 144,617 square foot complex.
Our approach centered on precision and performance. The installation featured concrete tile roofing, adhered with 2-part AH-160 Tile Foam adhesive to ensure superior wind uplift resistance and long-term bond strength—a critical factor for the Southwest Florida climate. This meticulously executed system was completed in December 2023.
Every detail—from tile alignment to adhesive application—was executed to exceed industry standards, reinforcing the structural integrity and weather resilience of this prestigious multifamily community
